Pedro Almodovar makes his English language debut with “The Human Voice”, a 30-minute short film based on the Jean Cocteau one-act play of the same name. Tilda Swinton is starring the film as a woman who watches time passing while waiting for her ex-lover to return to pick up his suitcases but he never shows. Short film is directed and written by Pedro Almodóvar.
The Human Voice has been in the selection of Venice Film Festival, New York Film Festival and BFI London Film Festival. Also Variety reviewed the movie recently.
